Terms of Service
The terms that govern how we work together.
Services and scope
We provide marketing, creative, web, PR and AI engineering services as described in the proposal or scope of work agreed with you. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Quotations and pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude advertising budgets, third-party licences, domain and hosting fees, travel and accommodation, and applicable taxes unless expressly included.
Payment terms
Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and payable before the service month begins. Project work typically requires 50% upfront with the balance due on delivery. Late payment may result in work being paused.
Advertising budgets
Advertising budgets are separate from our management fees and are paid to the advertising platforms. We report on spend and results but do not guarantee specific platform outcomes, which depend on auction dynamics, market conditions and creative performance.
Client responsibilities
Timely provision of brand assets, access to accounts, approvals and feedback is required for us to deliver on schedule. Delays in approvals may shift agreed timelines.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as set out in the proposal. Additional rounds or changes in direction after approval are chargeable.
Ownership and usage rights
On full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to you. We retain ownership of working files, internal tools, frameworks and code libraries, and reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Cancellation and notice
Retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current service month and work already performed remain payable. Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes caused by third-party platforms outside our control.
